Curtis Lane founded MTS Health Partners in January of 2000 after recognizing the value that a dedicated healthcare-focused merchant bank could offer the market. As a merchant bank, the firm provides advisory and investment services to healthcare organizations. MTS currently manages private equity funds, which, along with its partners, have invested over $400 million in companies that deliver cost-effective services within the healthcare industry. MTS’s differentiated advisory model provides aligned strategic and financial advisory services distinguished by experienced, attentive and independent counsel in the context of long-term relationships. MTS has completed over 100 transactions, valued at almost $30 billion, since the firm’s inception. Prior to founding MTS, Mr. Lane led the healthcare investment banking group at Bear Stearns and worked at Smith Barney.
Mr. Lane presently serves as a Director of Alliance Healthcare Services, Celerion Holdings, Inc., Loving Care Agency, Inc. and Surgical Care Affiliates, LLC.
